How To Exchange

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will reach you after confirming your inquiry.

Please return the product within 7 days of receiving it.

The shipping fee of returning to us and sending the exchange product to you is at the customer’s cost.

We will contact you whether the product can be exchanged after receiving and checking.Exchange is not available for these products:

Sale orders

Damaged or stunk product caused by the customer

Product with missing accessories

Other products marked unexchangeable

Refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the return item and check the condition.

The original shipping fee and handling fee are non-refundable
